The Early Bird Catches the Worm (Again)

Our second Dawn Chorus walk started at 05:30am on Saturday 13th May 2017.

Following on from last years informative Dawn Chorus Walk, local bird expert Andy Grimsey will led a walk in and around the Bradgers Hill area. Setting off at 5:30am we were able to listen to the sounds of the Dawn Chorus, the birds that call Bradgers Hill home for some or all of the year.   

We listened to Andy speak as he helped us single out the sounds of various birds and speaks about their differing behaviours. The information Andy followed on nicely from the  Bird Talk he gave at out May monthly meeting and Andy showed himself to be a a knowledgeable and interesting speaker
